Data we process

Order data (email, TradingView username, chosen plan, payment currency/network, transaction reference), account data for signed-in users (name, email, avatar from Google OAuth), support conversations, and technical data required to operate the site. CODEX never sees your Google password and never stores card data.

Legal basis & purposes

Contract performance (delivering indicator access, activation and support), legitimate interest (service security, fraud prevention), and consent (optional marketing emails — withdrawable at any time via unsubscribe or account settings).

Retention & rights

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and may object to processing. International transfers use appropriate safeguards.
