How CODEX ALGO works
CODEX ALGO is built to identify meaningful market transitions — not generate signals from random price movement. Every BUY or SELL signal is based on three core layers:
1VALUE
CODEX analyzes the previous trading session and identifies the price area with the strongest acceptance and trading activity. This creates an objective reference zone for the next session — the indicator then monitors how price behaves around and outside that area.
2MOMENTUM
A small breakout is not enough. CODEX waits for a confirmed directional move with real expansion away from previous value. Weak candles, minor boundary breaks and low-conviction moves are filtered out — the goal is the moment the market enters a new directional phase.
3STRUCTURE
Every signal is checked against the broader market structure. CODEX analyzes higher-timeframe price behavior to confirm the breakout is supported by the larger directional context — filtering short-term moves that conflict with the dominant structure.
The signal
A CODEX signal appears only when several independent conditions align:
✓The market leaves an important area of previous value
✓The move shows sufficient directional strength
✓The breakout is confirmed
✓The broader market structure supports the direction
Only then does CODEX generate:BUYSELL
Why this matters
Most indicators react to price after a simple mathematical condition is triggered. CODEX looks at the market differently. It asks:
Where was price previously accepted?
Is the market genuinely leaving that area?
Is there enough momentum behind the move?
Does the larger market structure support it?
A signal based on market context rather than a single technical indicator.
Multi-timeframe by design
CODEX uses higher-timeframe information internally while keeping the signal logic consistent across supported chart views. You don't need to combine multiple charts manually — the engine does that work in the background.
Real-time signals
Signals are generated from confirmed market information. A real-time BUY or SELL alert reflects the conditions available at that moment — CODEX does not move the original signal to a more favorable historical price.
Historical research
A separate historical validation layer analyzes how previous transitions developed after the original signal. It can use later information, so historical labels should not be treated as identical to real-time alerts.
The CODEX approach
VALUE
Where did the market previously accept price?
MOMENTUM
Is price leaving that area with real conviction?
STRUCTURE
Does the larger market support the move?
SIGNAL
