These Terms of Use govern access to the CODEX.ALGO website and the CODEX ALGO CORE Buy/Sell Indicator, an analytical software tool delivered as a TradingView Invite-only script. By purchasing a subscription or using this site you agree to these terms.

The service

CODEX.ALGO provides analytical software tools only. CODEX is not a broker, investment adviser or asset manager. CODEX does not accept, hold or manage client trading capital, does not execute trades, and has no access to your brokerage or exchange accounts.

License

A subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right to use the indicator on the TradingView account named at checkout for the paid period. The Pine Script source code is not provided. Sharing, reselling or transferring access is prohibited.
